Location: Remote, the team is based in Ukraine and the UK.

Skills you'll need to bring:

✔️ Has at least 1 year of experience in lead generation
✔️ Speaks English at B2–C1 level
✔️ Has basic knowledge of the Amazon platform
✔️ Speaks Ukrainian
✔️ Can organize their time independently and take responsibility for results
✔️ Is communicative, approachable, and confident in initiating contact
✔️ Can work with CRM systems, Excel / Google Sheets

In this role, you will:

• Identify potential clients via Upwork, Sales Navigator, Telegram, Facebook, email outreach, and other channels
• Schedule meetings with potential clients for the sales managers
• Keep the CRM system organized (input, update, and track lead statuses)
• Collect feedback from the sales team and improve lead quality
• Follow up — monitor replies in emails/chats and maintain communication
• Prepare outreach materials — presentations, case studies, basic email templates
• Report on results — weekly and monthly KPI reports

As a Plus:

➕ Are familiar with Upwork, Snov.io, Lemlist, Sales Navigator, or similar tools
➕ Have basic technical copywriting skills (outreach messages, emails)
➕ Think like a problem-solver rather than a problem-creator :)
➕ Can multitask and stay organized in dynamic processes
