🎯 Role Mission

To design and execute a mid-market client acquisition strategy and move prospects from first contact to warm lead, ready for a sales consultation.

🔷 Key Responsibilities

• Build and execute a mid-market outreach strategy (ICP → segments → messaging → channels).
• Research and analyze mid-market companies (Amazon / TikTok Shop brands).
• Select and manage outbound channels (LinkedIn, email, and other relevant channels).
• Run highly personalized first-touch outreach to decision-makers.
• Warm up prospects through meaningful conversations and context-building.
• Pre-qualify leads before handing them over to the sales team.
• Maintain CRM hygiene: logic, statuses, notes, and follow-ups.
• Continuously optimize the strategy based on performance and sales feedback.

🧠 Must-Have Requirements

• 2+ years of hands-on experience acquiring mid-market clients in B2B.
• Proven experience building outbound strategies, not just executing tasks.
• Ability to turn cold contacts into warm leads.
• Strong understanding of mid-market sales cycles and decision-making processes.
• Experience working with CRM systems (HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce, or similar).
• Understanding of e-commerce, Amazon, TikTok Shop, or digital agencies.
• English level B2–C1.

➕ Nice to Have

• Experience in a marketing or e-commerce agency.
• Hands-on work with US and/or European markets.
• Experience with account-based outreach or consultative lead generation.
