At AMS Pilot, we are looking for an Account Manager to become the coordination hub and the “growth brain” of our TikTok Shop projects. This role is for a systematic thinker who can transform data into strategy, identify analytical anomalies before anyone else, and manage the team’s workflow to ensure consistent GMV growth.
🧠 What You Will Do
You will manage projects through the following cycle: Data → Problem → Hypothesis → Task → Control.
- Data Strategy: Daily analysis of the sales funnel and understanding the cause-and-effect relationships behind the metrics.
- Operations Control: Monitoring account “health” (violations, statuses, logistics) to ensure uninterrupted store operations.
- Team Coordination: Assigning and supervising tasks for affiliate managers, the content department, and media buyers.
- Performance Reporting: Preparing analytical reports with concrete insights and recommendations for further scaling.
🎓 Our Expectations
- Experience: At least 2 years as an Account Manager, Project Manager, or Performance Manager within e-commerce or marketing agencies.
- English Level: C1 (Advanced).
- Analytical Mindset: Deep data analysis skills and proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
- System Thinking: Ability to view a project as a holistic system and manage multiple processes simultaneously.
- Ownership: Accountability for results and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
